Snap Supplements Heart Beets Capsules Review — Better Than SuperBeets, Total Beets and Qunol?
Heart Beets capsules by Snap Supplements combine beetroot extract with coenzyme Q10, a nutrient strongly associated with cardiovascular health, and grapeseed extract, which has been proven in studies to help moderate blood pressure levels.
These beet capsules could be a good option if you don’t like to mix up red powders, though the amount of beetroot per serving is much lower than with Heart Beets powder or Snap’s Nitric Oxide Pre Workout.
They do provide 100 mg of CoQ10 though, a highly beneficial nutrient that’s rarely found in beet supplements.

Customer Feedback on Effectiveness
Heart Beets capsules have a 4.4-star rating on Amazon, with 78% of raters giving them 4 or 5 stars. Feedback was overall positive here on Amazon, with themes like good value, easy to take, and helpful for circulation issues.
Some example comments:
- ”Everyone will react differently, but I noticed a decrease in my pulse almost immediately, which surprised me. Many supplements take weeks or months to show noticeable effects. I felt a difference within a few hours.”
- ” The capsules are easy to swallow and there are 30 servings per container, making a one-month supply. Often called a cardiovascular superfood, beetroots increase nitric oxide which in a number of ways helps with blood flow.”
- ”Great way to incorporate beets into your diet.”

Pros and Cons of Heart Beets Capsules
Pros
- 1250 mg of beetroot extract, 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 and 50 mg of grapeseed extract per 2-capsule serving. Also contains vitamin C and vitamin B12.
- Minimal fillers. Made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. Good value for a beet, CoQ10 and grapeseed supplement.
Cons
- Heart Beets powder provides 6,853 mg of organic beets, pomegranate juice and red spinach extract per serving versus the 1,400 mg daily dosage in the capsules. This seems like better value to me if you don’t mind mixing up red beet water instead of popping pills.
Snap Supplements Heart Beets Verdict and Where to Get It
Snap’s beet, CoQ10 and grapeseed capsules are heart-healthy and many customers say they found them beneficial for blood pressure moderation. You can find them here on Amazon for a fairly low price compared to Heart Beets powder or chews.
They don’t have quite as much beet and grapeseed extract as some competitors like Total Beets, but their 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 is the highest I’ve seen on the market.
Heart Beets vs Total Beets, Qunol and SuperBeets
Snap Supplements beet capsules compete with popular brands like SuperBeets, Qunol and Force Factor’s Total Beets. SuperBeets and Total Beets both combine beets and grape seed extract, while Qunol also adds coenzyme Q10. Let’s compare them to see which one is best.
SuperBeets vs Heart Beets Capsules
SuperBeets capsules have 1000 mg of beet powder and 150 mg of grapeseed extract. That’s less beetroot than Heart Beets’ 1250 mg, but 3 times as much grapeseed.
SuperBeets lacks the 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 in Snap’s beet pills and they are more expensive. Overall, I’d choose Heart Beets over SuperBeets for the good dose of CoQ10.

Heart Beets or Qunol Beets+ CoQ10
Qunol is the only other major supplement brand I’ve seen that combines beetroot, CoQ10 and grapeseed, just like Heart Beets capsules.
Their Beets+ product has a similar 1180 mg serving size to Snap Supplements’ 1250 mg dose. Two Qunol capsules only have 60 mg of coenzyme Q10 though, versus the 100 mg in Heart Beets pills. This higher CoQ10 dose is important and gives the edge to Snap’s capsules in my opinion.
Heart Beets compared with Total Beets Capsules
The supplement brand Force Factor sells their popular Total Beets pills with 1,800 mg of organic beet powder and 150 mg of grapeseed extract. They cost the same as Heart Beets but lack its 100 mg of CoQ10.
If a higher dosage of grapeseed and beets were more important to you than coenzyme Q10, Total Beets would win out over Heart Beets. You can see 10 of the top beet root capsules in 2026 here, as well as 5 well worth avoiding.
